Please keep a .txt text file with these 4 pieces of information along with a copy of all your .zip archives, and .sql database backups saved to 3 different SD or USB hard disk drives as 3 backup copies just to be safe.
You can skip this screen and go the next screen to Use An Existing Server Generated Encryption Key if you save the Server Generated Encryption Key generated by the button, Generate New Server Encryption Key, AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS SCREEN.
Next, time, just go to Use Existing Server Generated Encryption Key and copy the text input Server Generated Encryption Key.
Essentially, saving the Server Generated Encryption Key allows you to decrypt the existing Master Encryption Key then the existing Master Encryption Key will decrypt and encrypt the existing My Sql Database Connection String and existing SMTP Email Server's SMTP Password.
EXAMPLE INPUT:
1. Application Server's Master Encryption Key EXAMPLE: 32CHARACTERS3ld93D20293474135868 that encrypts and decrypts database server's connection string and email server's smtp password;
2. My SQL Database Server's Database Connection String EXAMPLE: server=127.0.0.1;database=rems;user=root;password=admin encrypted and decrypted by the Master Encryption Key; and
3. SMTP Email Server's SMTP Password. EXAMPLE: plainTextEmailServerPasswordUntilEncrypted encrypted and decrypted by the Master Encryption Key.
EXAMPLE OUTPUT:
4. Application Server's Server Generated Encryption Key EXAMPLE: S6LDErA4uj1dwHSXSrmskZZFvfKn+BVo1tIHrpOZb0E= that encrypts and decrypts the master encryption key saved in a file while the Server Generated Encryption Key exists only in memory and is never saved to a file.
NOTE: If the server restarts, then the server will need the admin to upload the existing Server Generated Encryption Key or make a new Server Generated Encryption Key by uploading the master encryption key, my sql database connection string and email server's smtp password.
Use Existing Server-Generated Encryption Key
Enter the existing server-generated encryption key to decrypt/encrypt the master encryption key.
